HotKid – Yours and Mine

Thanks to Ameet for inspiring us out to drudge out and see this fresh indie band HotKid at Oz Studios last Friday night. It was a a really fun, sick show. It was refreshing to see such a hip indie band rip it up without sounding like everything else we’ve been tolerating. The crowd was really into it and so were we. We were uncomfortably close to the front watching Shiloh Harrison and Rob Butcher rock the house. Next show, I’m going to see if I can get some of the action on camera!!Check out their music video for Yours and Mine. I love that they have what looks like their family and friends in the video.. and the cuts / FX are totally fresh and inspiring without overdoing it. It must feel good to be a rockstar! Nice work. These guys rip it up!

Update: Check out the podcast featuring Robbie Butcher here.
